Venjakob Umwelttechnik presents Catalytic Thermal Oxidiser (CTO). It has been specifically designed for removing Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) or pollutants in low to middle concentrations. It offers exhaust gas volume rate between 500 and 30,000 m?/h.

The machine has several outstanding features. It provides effective removal of pollutants as per the German TA-Luft and the VOC regulations. Its combustion chamber has minimum thermal strain. It has a compact design. The machine offers excellent operating efficiency. Thanks to the low temperature, it consumes less primary energy.

This kind of system has been successfully adopted in industries such as packaging, founding technology, etc. A key requirement is that the process exhaust gas should be free of any catalytic toxins.
